
The perfect clean snack!
These simple but delicious crackers will be sure to impress your kiddos! Make a batch and leave them on your counter for the week! enjoy with my homemade humus too!

Equipment
- 2 Medium Bowls
- Spatula
- Whisk
- Pin Roller
- Parchment paper
- Baking Sheet
Ingredients
- 1 ½ cup All-purpose flour I used Einkorn AP Flour
- 1 tsp Sea salt
- 1 tsp Honey
- 1 tbsp Garlic & herb seasoning organic
- 1½ tbsp Olive oil
- ½ cup Water
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 425℉.
- In a medium bowl add the flour, salt and seasoning – mix well with a whisk
- In another bowl add the water, honey and oil. Combine well.
- Add the water/oil/honey mixture to the dry ingredients and combine with large spoon or hands until a dough is formed.
- Roll the dough out on a floured parchment paper until about 1/8th inch thick.
- cut the dough into small squares using a knife or pizza cutter. Using a fork or tooth pick poke holes in the center of the squares. Place on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper
- Bake for 15 minutes or until they are golden brown. Let them cool and enjoy!
Store:
- Store on counter/pantry in air tight container for up to 2 weeks!
