Garlic & Herb Crackers

The perfect clean snack!

These simple but delicious crackers will be sure to impress your kiddos! Make a batch and leave them on your counter for the week! enjoy with my homemade humus too!

Equipment

  • 2 Medium Bowls
  • Spatula
  • Whisk
  • Pin Roller
  • Parchment paper
  • Baking Sheet

Ingredients
  

  • 1 ½ cup All-purpose flour I used Einkorn AP Flour
  • 1 tsp Sea salt
  • 1 tsp Honey
  • 1 tbsp Garlic & herb seasoning organic
  • tbsp Olive oil
  • ½ cup Water

Instructions
 

  • Preheat oven to 425℉.
  • In a medium bowl add the flour, salt and seasoning – mix well with a whisk
  • In another bowl add the water, honey and oil. Combine well.
  • Add the water/oil/honey mixture to the dry ingredients and combine with large spoon or hands until a dough is formed.
  • Roll the dough out on a floured parchment paper until about 1/8th inch thick.
  • cut the dough into small squares using a knife or pizza cutter. Using a fork or tooth pick poke holes in the center of the squares. Place on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper
  • Bake for 15 minutes or until they are golden brown. Let them cool and enjoy!

Store:

  • Store on counter/pantry in air tight container for up to 2 weeks!
