Add tart cherry juice, lemon juice and honey to a saucepan, turn heat on medium-low. Whisk until well mixed.
Remove sauce pan from heat, add the gelatin. Let it sit for 5 minutes, until it "wrinkles".
Return to stove and whisk the mixture until the gelatin until it's completely dissolved.
Once gelatin has been completely dissolved, take off stove.
Use dropper to add to the gummy molds, quickly.
Place molds in refrigerator for 1-2 hrs, then pop them out and enjoy!
