In a large bowl mix flour, yeast and salt. Then in a smaller bowl combine honey, warm milk (no more than 100℉ or it will kill the yeast) and melted butter.
Combine the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients with a spatula, as the dough will be very sticky. Make sure the flour is fully combined.
Shape the dough into a ball with the spatula by scraping down the sides and cover with plastic wrap or lid. Let it rise for 1 hour.
During the first rise grease up a loaf pan, I like to use butter.
Take the dough out of the bowl, after one hour. Wet your hand so the dough doesn't stick and shape it into a loaf. Place it in your greased up loaf pan and cover it with plastic wrap.
Let the dough rise for 90 minutes or until one and half the original size.
Preheat over to 350℉ and bake for 30-35 minutes.
