Preheat oven to 350 F degrees and prep a baking sheet with parchment paper, set aside for now.
In a blender or food processor, add 1 cup of the oats, figs/dates, cacao powder, honey, salt, vanilla, coconut oil, baking soda and water. Blend until smooth.
Now, add the other 1 cup of oats and blend again until smooth.
Pour the batter onto the prepared parchment paper baking sheet.
You'll want to mold the batter into a square, using a spatula - wetting the spatula often to avoid it getting stuck to the batter.
Once the rectangle is about 1/3 of an inch, place it into the oven and bake for 20 minutes.
Remove from oven and allow to cool before cutting, here you can mold the corners and round them out to look more like the original Zbars.
