My girls absolutely love these! They are so easy to make & will really impress your kids! I pack them full of sweet fruit and veggies with great quality grass-fed gelatin to add more nutritional value.

Healthy Veggie and Fruit Gummies

  • Add mangos, carrots and water to blender – blend, add more water as needed if mixture is too thick.
  • Transfer the mixture into a medium saucepan and add the gelatin on top. Wait 5 minutes until it "wrinkles". while the stove top is off.
  • Turn the stove on medium, whisk the mixture until the gelatin is completely dissolved (about 3-4 mins) and do not bring to boil.
  • Add honey and mix in well.
  • Take off stove and start filling up your fruit molds with dropper
  • Store in refrigerator for 1-2 hours, pop out of molds and enjoy!

Store:

  • Keep them in an airtight container, in the refrigerator for up to 8 days.

    What other flavor combos do you do? I saw you stopped using spinach for green ones. Would love to make a variety of colors!

    And would you buy canned or fresh beets with the red/purple flavor?
