
Fruit and Veggie Gummies
My girls absolutely love these! They are so easy to make & will really impress your kids! I pack them full of sweet fruit and veggies with great quality grass-fed gelatin to add more nutritional value.

Healthy Veggie and Fruit Gummies
Equipment
- Blender
- Medium Saucepan
- Whisk
Ingredients
- 1 cup fresh mangos
- ¼ cup carrots
- 2 tbsp raw honey
- 3 tbsp grass-fed gelatin
- ½ cup water
Instructions
- Add mangos, carrots and water to blender – blend, add more water as needed if mixture is too thick.
- Transfer the mixture into a medium saucepan and add the gelatin on top. Wait 5 minutes until it "wrinkles". while the stove top is off.
- Turn the stove on medium, whisk the mixture until the gelatin is completely dissolved (about 3-4 mins) and do not bring to boil.
- Add honey and mix in well.
- Take off stove and start filling up your fruit molds with dropper
- Store in refrigerator for 1-2 hours, pop out of molds and enjoy!
Store:
- Keep them in an airtight container, in the refrigerator for up to 8 days.
