Sleepy Time Tart Cherry Juice Gummies
I help my toddler have a restful night of sleep while combating nightmares with these homemade Tart Cherry Juice gummies.
Equipment
- Saucepan
- Whisk
Ingredients
- 1 ½ cup organic tart cherry juice
- 3 tbsp grass-feed gelatin
- 2 tbsp raw honey
- 2 tbsp lemon juice
Instructions
- Add tart cherry juice, lemon juice and honey to a saucepan, turn heat on medium-low. Whisk until well mixed.
- Remove sauce pan from heat, add the gelatin. Let it sit for 5 minutes, until it "wrinkles".
- Return to stove and whisk the mixture until the gelatin until it's completely dissolved.
- Once gelatin has been completely dissolved, take off stove.
- Use dropper to add to the gummy molds, quickly.
- Place molds in refrigerator for 1-2 hrs, then pop them out and enjoy!
Store:
- Store in airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 8 days.
