
Sweet Green Gummies
These Spinach and Green Grape gummies were such a hit at my house! Both my 1 and 4 year old loved them! It’s a great source of nutrient and a fun treat at the same time.

Spinach and Green Grapes Gummies
Equipment
- Blender
- Whisk
- Medium Sauce Pan
Ingredients
- 1 cup green grapes
- ¼ cup spinach
- 3 tbsp grass-fed gelatin
- ¼ cup water
Instructions
- Blend the green grapes, spinach and water together until you can no longer see the grape pieces and it is completely liquid.
- Add the grape and spinach mixture to your sauce pan, sprinkle the gelatin on top and let it sit for about 5 minutes. The gelatin will "wrinkle". The saucepan is not on heat yet.
- Place your sauce pan on the stove on medium heat and whisk the mixture until the gelatin is completely dissolved (do not let it boil). This should take about 5-8 minutes.
- Take sauce pan off stove and start filling up your gummy molds using the dropper
- Place gummy molds in refrigerator for about 2 hours, then pop out and enjoy!
Store:
- Store in airtight container in the fridge for up to 8-10 days.
