The perfect protein packed brownies!
These are such a fun snack treat for my girls. They get all the fun and yummy taste of these brownies that are nutrient dense.

Cottage Cheese Brownies
Equipment
- 8×8" Pan
- Parchment paper
- Blender
- Medium Bowl
- Whisk
Ingredients
- ¾ cup cottage cheese
- 2 egg whites
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- ¼ cup sugar-free chocolate chips
- ½ cup unsweetened cocoa powder
- ½ cup raw honey
- ¾ cup rolled oats, blended
- 1 tsp baking powder
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350℉ and line an 8×8" pan with parchment paper.
- Blend the oats down to a powder in a blender and melt the chocolate chips in a small sauce pan or in a bowl in the microwave
- Add all ingredients to a medium sized bowl and mix well with a whisk
- Pour mixture into the 8×8" lined pan and bake for 25 minutes. Let it cool and enjoy!
Store:
- Store in refrigerator for up to 4-5 days.
