My friends, when I started my homemade journey and I made the decision to stop buying packaged snacks for my kids – the Oatmeal Zbar was probably the most missed.
The store bought and packaged Zbar contains soybean oil, refined sugar, natural flavors, soy flour, and mixed tocopherol (whatever that is). These ingredients are just not something I want in our home so I set out to find a copy cat recipe. I have tried a few other but you guys, THIS IS IT.
