
Homemade Strawberry Jello
Equipment
- small pot
- Medium Bowl
- Whisk
Ingredients
- 2 cups fresh strawberries
- ¾ cup water, room temp
- 4 tbsp raw honey
- 1 tbsp lemon juice
- 4 tsp grass-fed gelatin
Instructions
- Chop off the head of the strawberries.
- Add strawberries, water, honey, lemon juice into a blender and blend until it's smooth.
- Add the gelatin to the mixture and allow the gelatin to "bloom" or "wrinkle" for 5 minutes in a small pot.
- Turn stove top on to medium and place pot on, whisk until gelatin completely disolved (about 5 minutes).
- Add mixture to desired glass cup and store in fridge for 2 hours.
- Take out and enjoy!
Store:
- Store in fridge for up to 2 weeks!
