Hey Girl!
I used to hate the kitchen because it overwhelmed me and now I find peace and joy in, let me show you how

Hey friend!
Welcome back to my kitchenโthis week Iโm sharing what I picked up on my grocery haul for our real food, clean-ingredient family meals.
If youโve ever stood in the grocery aisle wondering how to stick to a clean eating plan and stay on budget, youโre not alone. It can feel overwhelmingโbut with a bit of prep and intention, it really is possible to shop simply, cook from scratch, and stretch your grocery dollars.
Letโs jump into this weekโs grocery haul and how Iโm planning to use it all in our meals, snacks, and batch preps.
I shopped with two goals in mind:
Hereโs what came home with me:
This haul wasnโt just about restockingโit was about using up ingredients I already had before they went bad. I built my weekโs meals around what was in the fridge, and planned a quick batch prep session to save time later.
Hereโs how Iโm using what I bought:
This kind of haul works great if you:
Even just prepping a couple freezer-friendly recipes can buy back so much time in your weekโespecially when youโre juggling mom life, homemaking, and feeding hungry kids 24/7.
This weekโs haul might look small, but itโs full of intention. By planning around what I already had and building in a little batch prep, I saved money, avoided waste, and stocked our fridge and freezer with nourishing food my family actually eats.
If you love this kind of peek behind the scenes, be sure to watch the full video over on YouTube where I walk through it all in real time!
Let me know if youโd like a printable version of this weekโs grocery list or my exact batch prep planโIโm happy to send it your way ๐
