Protein Brownies

These brownies are delicious and packed full of protein! This makes the perfect afterschool snack or add them to the lunchbox for a sweet treat with sneaky protein!

Protein Brownies

The perfect school snack for your kiddos after a long day.

Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1/3 cup flavorless protein regular will work, but will change the taste. I'd use chocolate and reduce the cocoa powder.
  • 1 tsp baking soda
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/3 cup butter melted
  • 2 eggs
  • 2/3 cup coconut sugar
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1/2 cup sugar free chocolate chips optional
  • 1-2 tbsp milk any kind
  • 2 tbsp cocoa powder

Instructions
 

  • Preheat oven to 350℉ and prep an 8 inch pan with parchment paper.
  • Add all ingredients to a bowl and mix with a wooden spoon or spatula.
  • Add mixture to prepared pan and bake for 20 minutes.
  • Let cool and enjoy!

Storage

  • I stored on counter in a glass airtight container for 5-7 days.
