Protein Brownies
The perfect school snack for your kiddos after a long day.

- 2 eggs
- 2/3 cup coconut sugar
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1/2 cup sugar free chocolate chips optional
- 1-2 tbsp milk any kind
- 2 tbsp cocoa powder
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350℉ and prep an 8 inch pan with parchment paper.
- Add all ingredients to a bowl and mix with a wooden spoon or spatula.
- Add mixture to prepared pan and bake for 20 minutes.
- Let cool and enjoy!
Storage
- I stored on counter in a glass airtight container for 5-7 days.
