High Protein Balls

These are so good and they travel so well! Perfect for a park day or the pool.

High Protein Snack Balls

Prep Time 10 minutes
Servings 9 balls

Ingredients
  

  • 50 grams peanut butter
  • 50 grams yogurt I used whole milk yogurt
  • 2 tbsp raw honey
  • 1/4 cup oat flour (or blend down the oats until powder form)
  • ¼ unsweetened chocolate bar chopped into small pieces

Instructions
 

  • Using a cutting board chop up your 1/4 unsweetened organic chocolate bar and set aside.
  • Using a small bowl mix together the rest of the ingredients until combined.
  • Fold in the chocolate chips from your bar.
  • Wet your hands (as the dough will be sticky) and shape into 9 small balls.
  • Place them in a glass container (try not to touch each other) and refrigerate for one hour.
  • Take out and enjoy!

Store:

  • Store in fridge up to 1 week in a glass container covered with lid.
