
High Protein Snack Balls
Ingredients
- 50 grams peanut butter
- 50 grams yogurt I used whole milk yogurt
- 2 tbsp raw honey
- 1/4 cup oat flour (or blend down the oats until powder form)
- ¼ unsweetened chocolate bar chopped into small pieces
Instructions
- Using a cutting board chop up your 1/4 unsweetened organic chocolate bar and set aside.
- Using a small bowl mix together the rest of the ingredients until combined.
- Fold in the chocolate chips from your bar.
- Wet your hands (as the dough will be sticky) and shape into 9 small balls.
- Place them in a glass container (try not to touch each other) and refrigerate for one hour.
- Take out and enjoy!
Store:
- Store in fridge up to 1 week in a glass container covered with lid.
