
My girls absolutely adore my weekly Strawberry Jam, and I must admit, I’m quite the fan myself. But with summer just around the corner and an abundance of tropical fruits within reach, I thought it was time to jazz up our daily lunchbox sandwiches. As a proud Cuban, I couldn’t be more thrilled to whip up some mouthwatering mango jam!
3 Ingredient Mango Jam, No Refined Sugar
Easy homemade mango jam made with Honey and no refined sugar. All you need are ripe mangos, honey and half a lemon!
Equipment
- Blender
- Medium Saucepan
- Wooden Spoon
Ingredients
- 2 cups fresh chopped mangos
- 1 tbsp lemon juice
- 1/4 cup raw honey
Instructions
- Peel and chop up your ripe mangos.
- Add your chopped mangoes to the blender and blend until creamy. This will remove the "chunks" and make more of a smooth consistence.
- Pour the puree into a medium saucepan, turn stove on to medium.
- Add lemon and honey, whisk together. Let simmer for 10 minutes.
- Let cool and add to jar.
Store:
- Store in airtight jar, in the fridge for 2 weeks.
